I do believe I'd have to remove that handrail. In fact, I've never seen that before.

You'd probably have had better luck at AS or TB... they get WAY more traffic than us.

Butch, Yes but I find the opinions around here often have better foundations and more logic than the high traffic sites. The welder will be repairing the hand rail.... but I admit I considered just eliminating it altogether.
