That's great service right there! Never dealt with Carl yet, but I've no doubt he'd take care of me! Dave, well, he's just amazing! I needed the parts to rebuild the Kohler in my Thomas, he tracked them all down and had them ordered before I'd given him a credit card number! Then last week his secretary called, we still hadn't paid on the second set of rings yet, I had Diane check, yup, we hadn't paid! Nobody was rude about anything, just nice as can be even with us dropping the ball! Great company to deal with!
