Hello I got a H535ixp, battery has 2 side springs to lock, both need to be in to remove it.
Now during climbing several times battery comes off.
Not broken yet, but not good.
Any input or similar happenning to anyone?

happened to me, almost hit a groundy. since then i use a strap.. husqvarna guy said it was my fault and that they improved their design 🤷

Many tape, not sure if it is to help hold tap out or battery in...
Doesn't seem to work anyway.

You need to find out why. This is not very good to drop from a tree..

I had my early Husky batt saws offering to let the battery out - side loaded. 535iXP or 536iXP not positive which. They had two side spring locks as you say and they each had two lock positions. One position all the way engaged and a second click partially out of position but still not ready to fall out.

I would look down at my saw and sometimes it would have released one click on both sides of the battery but was still held in for one more click. Dealer assumed it was my fault as well. To mitigate the situation I tied accessory cord clove hitch around the pistol grip, over each side of the battery, through the saws saddle loop and knotted. Left just enough slack in the cord to be worked up over edge of battery for changes.

I've continued that on the 540iXP but have been noting that it's not needed so recently stopped on that model.

No, I doubt many like that. It is not that popular to get the help you need today.
Not many want to know what options there is. Much better/easier to buy things first and not be disturbed in your thoughts.

So I get to see many hard earned bucks get wasted on wrong product choice.
As bonus I get to hear how much they dislike the brand(s) for not doing it right.
