Its an old cheap Tama set I bought from our drummer when he upgraded.

I'd sure like to set it up, tune the heads all proper like. Tama is a respectable company!

Improperly set up drums can sound like crap...

After he sold me his old kit he tried about every brand he could.

Finally he circled back round to Tama!

Zildgian and Paste cymbals though.

The cymbals are the other half of a kit. I still need some good ones.

Next is the hardware. You can drop a grand on a foot pedal if you like it.

He tried a double bass for a while but went with a double pedal.

It was more expensive than the second bass drum.

Packing 2 kicks around ain't fun, as you would know. I prefer a double pedal.

Single pedal for me....I can just barely run the Hi hat...no need to complicate things!

It's actually a lotta fun - more fun than the hi-hat. If you can do the hi-hat you can work a dble pedal.

It was rougher that hell. Someone was lost on every song.

Oh, well. We dont practice or play together often......and we had fun.

haha, I can relate...we've played together a total of Four times...all on stage! Never had a practice as a whole band...met two of the guys for the first time at our first show.

Fender Rumble 500.


Its a great gig amp......light weight!

My buddy recently got that one, he loves it!

I had a Rumble 300 that was pretty good.


Then it acted up one gig and I threw it off the stage.


Warranty wont cover it.
