Local sheriff has to sign off...then two background checks. NFA 200 tax stamp....then wait for Feds to complete. Same process to buy automatic weapon or short barrel rifle. Carry tax stamp with photo wherever suppresor goes.
You can also do it through a trust.....not sure about that process though.

I never really got into black guns and AK's. I guess I'm sort of nerdy. I'm more into traditional sporting style hunting guns. I don't even have a home defense handgun. Never felt the need. I've always just felt safe in my home. I do have a pistol chambered in .35 Remington should the unthinkable ever arise. I sure hope to never have to cross that bridge because I'm going to be deaf, and someone is going to have a 6" hole in their chest. Truthfully, I don't ever want to do that to another human. Unless my children are in danger or targeted. Then ill kill anyone or anything and it wouldn't even need to be in my home.
