Exactly... I had a job last week, where we did 17 spruces (shaping them of course), like 14 crab apples (full cut em in half reduce and shapes) and a couple of other small stuff... It can be rough in a way that big removals just arent.
Is that an ARS long reach pole saw?
It hurts my neck thats for sure! It isnt my favorite thing to do, especially an entire day of it, but I dont HATE it. :) I was wishing I had my ARS long reach pruner that day. I promptly went out and fixed it!
Looks good! This is one of my favorite threads.

No noise I could here... I saw it happen from about 10' away. Lawn tech + tree crew = byebye tools. His face was priceless as he watched the feedwheels slowly eat it. I wasnt going to make it in time to stop it and didnt want to be running towards the chipper if it was a 'duck and cover'...

I never thought that it was possible to pass something so large all the way through. The only thing it chipped was the wooden handle.
Thats mis-founded generalization. I ride a Big Green Truck, for a residential office and we do high quality, responsible tree care. Compared to most of the other companies in our area we charge a premium price and provide premium work.
But hey its easy to throw rocks. I also imagine that like...
