Do you know where the squash was shipped in from, Stig? It probably cost a lot more than the dollar we get for a Butternut at the farmer's market. They cost quite a bit more in the grocery store.

I had neaver heard of putting water in the pan to cook but that would keep it moist and then I would not need to cover it

It also helps with being able to clean the pan after the fact.
