What tree is this?

My daughter sent me these pictures and asked what kind of trees these are. I figured Deva would know. They are in San Francisco. She said that the leaves are waxy.

Can I take it a step further? What kind of ficus? I always get this one confused. I'm thinking it's Ficus microcarpa v. nitida

I think F. benjamina is the one with the tiny leaves, but again, I get them mixed up.

F B is the one with little leaves. We see them as houseplants up here, that and F Alii and F Elastica

My weak point I am afraid Ger... The local species keep me busy enough, and it's not like that is a whole hell of a lot of variety up here beyond that.
