My desktop wouldn't connect because of a Proxy Server issue, whatever that means. I turned off the proxy server. Now I have a bunch of adds, and odd links in the text.
Yea, Sean if you don't know what a proxy is you probably don't need one. It is possible that your browser was proxying through a some sort of ad filter on your computer. Do you have any antivirus or ad stripping software installed?
If you don't already have adblock it's worth getting https://getadblock.com/ Not sure if it's a chome only thing or not, but it's the bees knees.
