very cool darin, i whittled a hiking stick for my nephew 10 years or so ago and he still has it. maybe set up a deal where you send him your girraffe and he sends what hes carved to you. might encourage him to keep up with it.

An old roommate/employee is an accomplished carver. He's sold a fair bit of his work.

Currently, I'm trying to find some chain saw carvers to add to my list of craftsmen to offer wood to.....
