Yeah, Lots of hard up people here that can live outside all year around. Good weather and people that only care about themselves and expect the government to take care of them. I am taking the test for Municipal Specialist in Balboa Park on Aug.22,2009. Wish we had more field days their so we can make it not so inviting to the bad elements.
