They make a few that fill the niche of rear handle horizontal piston. I believe the big one is a 162? Look into Echo, they make the best top handles.

Check opeforum.com lots of collectors there may have one or be able to rebuild you one with parts from other members.
I can 100% understand wanting a tied and true model you like, but the modern offerings are pretty good. I'd stay away from the Stihl 201 only because it can get uncomfortably hard to pull the cord sometimes, but the largest Echo or Husqvarna top handle saw in rear handle configuration may be best, with my preference being Husqvarna if they have a rear handle version, because Echo doesn't do autotuning as of yet as far as I know. Though I prefer manual adjust carbs, auto tuning does make for a consistently strong running saw.

Depends on what you mean by best. Durability, not best. Price for the quality & specs, yes. Parts availability online, yes.

Heck I didn't realize the 201 was made in a rear handle.
For that size we use a Husky 540iXP.

There is one 200 and one 200T In collection I won't let go.
same as 020, 020T (1129) that is pretty much same saw.
And yes, I have the older (1114) 020AV, 020AVT, 020AVP, 020AVPT, 020 AVPS, 020 AVPTS and 020 Big, with clearingsaw attachment and hedge cutter.
If its for occasional use, the older 020AVPS/020AVPTS is just as fun. But harder to get parts for.
