One of my guys, 'Armstrong Access' had this same idea, he asked me if I talked to you Bonner... and you may have stole the idea, but nope, I didn't say anything. Either way, cool idea... we want in!

As far as I know, our Nick from Wisconsin...now in Cali...placed the very first TreeoCache...he got me inspired and I set some up near me...here is a thread from a ways back: https://www.masterblasterhome.com/showthread.php?5028-TreeoCache

and here is the link to my Treeocache 3: http://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC3PK3N_treeocache3?guid=507883e6-765d-4a59-bb0b-9b949236fa1b

He had the idea to buy a bunch of arborist equipment send it out to 9 people across the country (Fellowship of the Cache) and then post about it on, not only his personal arborist supply website but various forums and social networks so that total strangers could go out and have fun and get valuable stuff for nothing?

THATS JUST CRAZY COINCIDENCE.

Ha, ha, ha.....

You and TreeStuff do good things Nick.

I agree...I bet this TreeStuff treeocache idea will skyrocket with tree guys. You might need some animal cams near the caches to catch climbers that coincidentally converge on the cache concurrently...capisce?

I'm in total disbelief! I can't get over that one was just up the road from me!!!! (and one turn, and a bit of a trail walk)

I don't have a GPS either, you could borrow one, in my case I have experience with map reading and satellite imagery. Go arty!

I can enter numbers...seems I should be able to, I've had it tell me I was at a coordinate before when I was off road.
