It was in the ballpark for a 50' casuarina in Bermuda I have on the books, but you have to climb over a wall and hack your way through 30' of palms and vines to get to it, little more complicated than 'back yard'...and WAAAAYYY under for a 120' pin oak in a formal garden in Tasmania.
