The title of this thread says, in part, "...TO ALL DOG OWNERS"
In San Francisco, they passed an ordinance which changes the language to say: 'ANIMAL GUARDIAN'.
I guess they had to go to a printer and change every printed piece of material the city puts out to reflect this change...
