We probably didn't have enough land. No telling how many people might have been exposed to radiation carried by the wind or contained in rain. It just doesn't go away. After the bombs were dropped in Japan, there was talk about a black rain that fell. Horrible stuff..... The whole concept of creating such major explosions with their effects on or within the earth, is from a poisoned mind.
