Cab driver wasn't real bright. He clearly was not reading the situation that was developing.

Marine needs to go to jail. The second the marine showed escalating anger, would have been the time to call the cops, because the cap driver was not trained to fight. The marine would have hunted him down no matter what he did.

Apparently the marine has checked into a psychiatric facility and is facing a felony charge. The cabbie has a fractured face, but is getting a lot of support.

He won't get a felony charge. By checking himself into a mental health facility he will probably skate on the misdemeanor charges as well. Probably a serious screwup as far as advancing his career.
