I updated my Adobe Flash this morning and lost sound on all the videos. Just went through a 30 minute ordeal doing a System Restore and now sound works again, although I'll have to reinstall a bunch of Windows updates.

Although the PVAC is designed to function hands-free so a soldier can use a weapon while scaling a wall, faculty leader Dr. Steve Hansen told Business Insider that the device still needs work.

I didn't understand how the feet thingys worked. A truly unique idea though. I'm working on a similar idea for tree climbing.
