The Official Random Video Thread!

My SIL has neck problems from a moron like that who recently tried to pass her on the left as she was turning left, with her 4 yo in the vehicle, and he slid down the side of her vehicle. He didn't clear her. Not t-boning her from what I gather, but glancing blow. Mental trauma, too. Not his first time doing this crap on his bike, either. Times like this, a more serious method for deterring the repeat offender would be in order, like cutting off his hands. Would be pretty hard to johnny crotch rocket around then.
Latest update is they figured out who's bike it is and fined his momma $1500 as she is the registered owner, since they can't prove who it was riding there will be no charges to the unidentified driver.

A real story and a great character.

My grandfathers dream car finally got here, a few years late for him though.

is the white pant shoe sock outfit for easy DQing?
It's a dress code that was established down under, over 100 yrs ago through different axemen's clubs.
Legend goes the 1st organized wood chopping competitons started in the 1870's in Tasmania and quickly spread downunder becoming a national sport. It wasn't until around 1910 Australian axemen Peter McLaren travelled to North America to promote the sport.

Peter quickly became very popular and just as quick became a U.S. citizen and became axe salesmen for Plumb Axes in Philadelphia. He returned to his homeland in 1955.

People used to tell me to go pro, this guy is one of the reasons I didn't.

The O'Toole legacy goes way back in wood chopping history. But Martin O'Toole did meet his match in the Basque region of Spain. In the 5 block chop [5x15" blocks] Martin was ahead of the Basque champion Arria by a half block after the first block but Arria breezed by and finished 1st.
The Basques take chopping to the next level. In some competitions choppers had to chop 40- 18" and 8-37" beech logs in a row non stop. Taking over 4 hrs.

Aussies and Kiwi's start young in organized competitons, some 8 yrs old as the 1st picture shows.
The last picture is Kiwi/Canadian Ron Hartill chopping Basque style. No he is not the last competitor chopping, he chopped all those blocks non stop
