I think she's a little off on the details, but the main gist is right on. To sum it up in a single line, it would be "Line must go up". It isn't enough to be a successful company that makes good products, and makes enough money to pay everyone well. Profits must always increase, and that's an impossibility. They can keep up the illusion for a little while by making everything shitty, but eventually the day of reckoning will come. The C suite doesn't care cause they always get paid. The shareholders are professional gamblers, so who gives a shit about them? It's everyone else that pays the price.

Though at the end he says he can't demonstrate hardening by quenching with his model, he did earlier in the video by shaking and quickly stopping the model, so the balls didn't have much time to settle into a large grain pattern.

You can unstick a saw with a wedge in pretty big wood. I got greedy and stuck my saw bucking this log. Got it out with a wedge.
