If yes, then I would say that an acronym often says more than just the sum of the words it stands for. Like lol, for example. 95% of the time when people write that they didn't actually laugh out loud but they mean 'lol' in terms of derision or some amusement or sarcasm etc.

When I said 'smh', I used the acronym to sum up feelings of amazement at seeing the loader, which is a mind boggling piece of machinery in its own right, being lifted like a toy out of the hold of a giant ship by a freakin crane that is mind-blowing as well.

Human brain power and ingenuity is clearly of insane proportions, almost hard to believe what has been accomplished. Almost hard to believe if you didn't see it around you every day, or on random vids
