The Official Random Video Thread!

WOW! That guy has a steady hand with the camera! I'd like to see what the "cart" looks like, and how it stops at the end.

Cool looking bus.

My latest commission.

I saw Willie live last summer. He is getting old. Imagine that, at Eighty, he is getting old.HBD Willie!

If I had a patron wealthy enough and wanting to support me for five years, I could see myself attempting to build that desk, failing, and then going crazy. Possibly going crazy first then failing... Alas, the marquetry inlay work is beyond my capability to begin with. Some true wood artistry there from a different age.

Wow, I wonder the price?

Personally, I'd take solid wood over all those thin laminates on melamine or particleboard. All that set on a cheap junky piece of lazy susan hardware that has undesirable tilting play when turning, and you can see at the short close up at the end that the woodwork isn't very precise. That guy is more a salesman than a craftsman. The desk on the other hand, though extremely ornate, is old school.

I agree, some thought there, but I think way bigger on impression than real workmanship. Some small details seem unfortunate to me and telling about the spirit of that operation.

Wow, that crash almost looked intentional. The biker seemed to have way enough time to avoid the cyclists.

Totally agree.

Apparently there's no sound ... would've loved to have heard the OS's & OF's ...

Both saws with new sharp chains and both running at max !
The battery powered Husqvarna 536LiXP vs the Stihl 150T.

It's really good to see the battery technology moving forward. I'd like to see one go up against a 200T.

Is it possible to feather the throttle on the electric saws, or is it all on or off? I've only used an older Makita battery saw, it kind of sucked.

Hard to say, but it looked like a biner was used at the termination.
