Squish posted a meme about Godwin's Law that featured a mallard. I replied back (laying out prime bait) that it was a wood duck -- to prove the meme was true -- that someone would immediately step up to correct it. You mentioned Hitler, as did Sean's diagram. So I trotted out Indy to put an end to all the Nazi-sense.

Funny! I find it kind of odd when landscapers give us the friendly wave as we roll by in the chip truck, as if we were all in the same line of work. I'm cordial and friendly back, but it's surely not the same as the "tree brotherhood." Even though we are competitors, we are still very friendly and wave at all the other local tree crews when we roll by. There's just an inherent understanding there, something that August touched on in his Timber video monologue. I've done landscaping (installs & maintenance) and lawncare. Definitely not the same as tree work!
