Stihl gas cap recall

I learned an easy trick for opening the Stihl gas caps when the gasket swells. Flip the top up, turn a quarter turn clockwise and then push the top back down. It will push the cap up out of the tank so you don't have to yank on it.

To replace the cap, just flip the top back up before replacing the cap. This method will keep you from breaking the cap as well.

Just broke my first one today. Turned it to lock pushed down on the lever and whole top broke off. Pretty sad considering I never had to buy a replacement threaded one.
