Pictures are deceptive .You might be able to stand it up with power ,chain it together with chains and binders and flop it the other way .Then again it might not hold together enough to do that .It would come down though either way .
I did get the tree down last weekend. Went pretty smooth.
It was hung worse than I thought, no chance of it going anywhere. I chained off to the tractor and pulled tight to prevent any more splitting. Cut through the trunk about 4' up then pulled it off the stump. Since it was still upright, I dropped the small spur, then lifted the tree with the tractor and "carrired" it down.
There was only 3" ring of good wood all the way to the ground.
