I got an error once that this site was trying to redirect me too many times. Often, maybe 20% of the time, instagram links are broken for me shortly after someone posts them.

The media upload bug is fixed now.
I just posted a video. Everything works! Thanks!
Strange, I still get an error. I'm in windows 7 with Chrome if that means anything. I'll try my old phone later....

Ok, this video just worked from the desktop. It's 5.26MB, 36sec, 854x480, 29fps, 1223kbps total bit rate MP4, and from a video editor VS the other I tried just before being 26.5MB, 9sec, 1080p, 59fps, 24651kbps MP4 straight off a camera. I'm curious what triggered the error, just so I know the parameters to stay within.

Just a muffler mod, 24" 3/8.

Isat one of your ported jobs? Seems a pretty hot saw. I don't want one, wouldn't want to catch any Husqvarna virus.

I think the limit is currently a 20MB file so the second file you're talking about won't work until I increase that limit to be higher. I'll just up it to 50MB right now so you can try attaching that larger video, but I will have to come up with a more solid long-term fix to handle large uploads.

Can ported saws be retuned to standard rpms, or does it need an educated ear instead of a tachometer.

I just found my Stihl tach. Haven't found an educated ear. I can't hear what they're talking about in tuning videos.

Yes, but standard rpm would likely be a rich tune. You'd have to mess around with wildly adjusting a saw's carb to learn what to listen for. It's easier to hear on ported saws. some saws stock and ported are hard to get perfect by ear, and that's where I tweak it over a day or two during regular work. You can also get it warmed up, then make some very long steady cuts while adjusting the high speed at full throttle in the cut to get it to cut the fastest, then turn tad richer.

wmv. file test
Failed
Not sure that Windows Media Videos would work on phones or even play in the forum anyway. The only reason I'd post one (rare these days) is because the version of Windows Movie Maker that came on my computer doesn't export as MP4 for some stupid reason.

Previously attempted 26.5MB upload attempt #2
This time it loaded the whole thing before rejecting it for size, which is what I'm used to. Before it barely tried.

Ah there was also a limit of 20MB imposed on the forum software side which is why the error looks different now. I raised that limit as well.

As far as WMV files yeah I don't know if they'll work or not to be honest.
