I know Rock Exotica are making it and saw the drawing but haven't seen any more.

I am only involved on the periphery and as design consultant really. awaiting the results along with everyone else. I know that re has spent the last six-8 months moving their entire facility to a newer larger better place and that pretty much has beene, a logistical nightmare i imagine to move, produce to meet demand and work on new things at the same time. from what I hear they are just now starting to get comfortable in their new digs.

Ooohhhh. I used one of the original dirty 30 on the first batch and absolutely loved it. Hated having to return it. This one looks unreal. Will definitely get one.

The process has been considerably slowed down by the potential cost of it. The design shown above is getting out of hand in terms of cost and we are re-evaluating it. The project is still on with Rock Exotica though, not to fear. We are also considering a slimmed down and cost reduced model hoping to get the retail price below $300.

they have exclusive license to manufacture and distribute the akimbo. i still own the patent and design. i believe they have the same arrangement with Morgan for the uni.
