When I try to upload a pic, (iPad) I get thie message: The following errors occurred with your submission
you do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again.
Usually I only get that message when I get distracted when in the middle of posting something, and it times out or something. But it is a no go, from the get go right now.

Are you using tapatalk? It did that to me once had to re-login to tapatalk then I was good to go again.
