Well he was found on the Austria/Italy border. I don't think anyone has conjectured exactly where he lived but people with links to his DNA are in Corsica and Sardinia
Good article. The Ötzi story's fascinating, and the forensic science is pretty cool. I think there's probably more secrets to learn from him. If I lived out there, I'd probably make it my hobby to look for more icemen. Good exercise.
Yes it is very fascinating, not only Oetzi's story but the mind blowing ways scientists have slowly been able to discover it using crazy hi tech methods.
Seems though there have been very few new developments in recent years, I wonder is it just a plateau or have we discovered all that we can about Oetzi even though there's so much more we'd so love to learn.
