Old faucets

Old school for sure. Mike will be sure to know, but I think you are looking at replacing flat washers held in place by a screw through the center, landing on flat metal (with a hole in the center the water enters through) that possibly might need smoothing if worn through washers were in place and the faucets were tightened aggressively.

I’ll be these are soldered in. I don’t wanna go into the tile. Yet anyway.

I think there’s a nut that holds the cone on, another for packing? And the stem comes out.

Anyone know what they are called or what to look for at home repo?

The flat washer will be on the end of the stem. Pull them out and look for a replacement when you have one in hand. Unless you see scratches or dings on the plate the washer seats on or tightens against, just try new washers.
Or wait until Mike chimes in with his advice...likely to be better than mine :).

Flat washer, packing washer, seat or dress seat. As seat may or may not unscew with thhe seat wrench. Pull the guts and take it with you to match the needed parts. Most hardware stores carry them. Not rocket surgery.

How extensive are your bathroom remodel plans? I'd probably just replace them with something more modern, especially if you are doing the whole bathroom.
Over 50% of it is covered with that outdated tile. Tub is by itself by sink and shower is a Sheetrock stall…

The master is bigger, has more, 💩 brown, and old elderly handle holes.

Not sure how we’re gonna redo it, but right now is not the time. I got a million things to do with the last of the survivable weather.
