3120 on its way to get ported and has new owner. ;):P

Jason Egan, Egan Performance Saws in ID doing the porting on this one too. Just like the last one I had a local send to him. It is a monster in the cuts too.

Good dude and very honest to deal with.

Unlike a local guy I wont use or send folks to. He is a real POS!

Noise has always been why I don't run modded saws.

I got deaf anyway, so actually I might as well have.

Warm hands:)

And non functioning ears.

Man, you just set me to think.
Did a fast calculation.
I must have near to 30,000 hours running saws.

No effing wonder I'm deaf.

I can still talk pretty good.

The hearing is a problem, though.

Our apprentice is a mumbler, so our conversations go like this.
Mumble..mumble..mumble...WHAAAAAAT?..mumble ...mumble...SPEAK UP BOY...mumble....mumble...mumble....frig THIS....mumble....mumble...mumble...et cetera ad nauseum!

Someone must of heard me whining about the heavy saws. 2 more come in today. :whine::lol:

3120 088 but does look like it says 099 but least not 039

Nah, that's barely opened. Mine, conversely, which was fully woods ported by Dennis Greffard back in 2002, has twin front facing 1" ports.. it'll damn near catch bark on fire!!

Please tell me you that wasnt a 3120 up in the tree with you?

He was talking about the 3120 muffler I did for a practice saw.

Great video by the way.

Now the muffler on this one was wide open and race ported.

Video of muffler. Test with a dubbed up chain.

He left smiling.
Couldnt believe how far off the low side was from the factory with them dang epa white plastic stops on it. H was about right. Good to go now. ;)

Rode hard put up wet came in. Hard to start, chain brake not working - broke, wont shut off - wires wore through, got loud - heat shield broke in half and missing and list goes on. :wack:

Was sent a clone to check out and test a few weeks ago. G660 Gen 3

Thanks Lucas and Manny for the chainsaw to shakedown and see what they are about finally too.

Just tested and tuned before and during cuts.

Holzfforma G660 They were on sale retail for $319 shipped https://www.huztl.net/WHOLESALE-MOQ...mpatible-with-MS660-066-Chainsaw-p732329.html

I did pull and put my own sparkplug in it.

Cuts as should and works as should. Was actually impressed with it for stock saw. Even got her set fat for now.

Cant tell any difference in it and the last used stihl 660 I sold in the cuts.

I even liked that stock chain they sent with it out of the box.

Sugi copied bar

24" buried dry ash

Like to get some of this chain in my local logger and firewood cutters hands for testing.
