Mileage trackers

Anyone use any apps or gadgets for tracking mileage on your vehicles? One of my vehicles is more mixed use versus just business and the accountant wants me to start tracking. Obviously pen and paper is simple but wanted to see if anyone is using sometime simple and basic.

A spreadsheet is a decent answer to a lot of this type of thing. Can be used on a phone, backed up to cloud storage, and opened on a desktop, with no weird proprietary data formats that lock into any particular software.

Your vehicle trip meters can be an aid to keeping track, perhaps? In conjunction with John's excellent suggestion.

I use everlance, works pretty good, makes taxes easier.

I use the app Hurdlr. It tracks my trips and usually after a few trips or at the end of the day I will open it up. It will show my separate trips and I can swipe them left or right to designate them as business or personal. I can pull up each of those categories for individual dates or within a specified time frame and email them as a logged list. I am happy with it.
