Im back

In 1965 I was 13 yrs old. I got paid $6 per day for working in tobacco...cropping, unloading tobacco barns...unstringing cured baccer....but they did feed us really good. I learned I did not want to be a farmer that summer.

I'd pass on the out of date ones, but even those had some palatable choices! I never me a Snickers bar I couldn't force down!

And usually those 4 cigs woulb be smokable. I wonder when they stopped that? I got out in 77 and they were still doing it, IIRC.

Love MREs! That was lunch Thursday. Had meatballs in marinara sauce. Warfighter recommended, warfighter tested, warfighter approved :^D

When I was in, all the vegetarian MREs came with Skittles :)
All of them came with crackers and either peanut butter, cheese spread, or my favorite the jalapeño cheese spread.
I usually downed the dry Folgers crystals with a sip of water.

We have "con crews" in WA State.

One guy I had for a while was on one for a while. Good guy, a good worker for a head down and drag and chip outfit, but meth had taken its toll.
