The enforcement officer told me he went as light as possible with his ticket. He mentioned the expensive stuff was the non-compliance of the truck violations (DOT#, company name, inspections). I didn't get hit with any of those in a citation...only got it wrote up as like a repair and report.
I'm thinking there is a fair amount of leeway in how hard they can hit someone. I talked to some people form the enforcement division and they explained they just want me to come into compliance with the truck and license issues.
The big reason I got the license ticket was because the truck is registered in my company name. if it hadn't been for that I think he'd have let me walk and just get someone else to drive it home.

). Would have had to renew every year. I'll call my regular Doc and see what can be done in the next couple days to fix it. They are holding my paperwork until I figure out what I want to do. Hope they hold the $150 too...
Dentist will be able to cap them in time.
