FYI
Two recent adjustments to the BigShot replacement sling should prove worthy;
Double reinforcement where tube meets pouch
Pouch now grips projectile until release making it possible to launch horizontally ...or even upside down.

Should soon be available at all resellers, is available @ st.com

P.S. Price still $23...

Cool. I'll have to give Wesspur a call and get an upgrade.8)

New business model Tobe? Mine is "Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on ME."

Too little, too late.

Which reminds me... please take me off your e-mailing list. I don't know how I got on it; I haven't ordered anything since some idiot over there dropped the ball big-time about 5 years ago, but it's annoying.

The biggest challenge with using a b'shot is shooting too far. A spud gun has no way to adjust how far the projectile goes.

NeTree, airing dirty laundry? :O

Yes NE.org, don't hold back, release that demon! Let the truth set you free.

I not only invite but encourage the public lancing of this offensive boil. Tell us what the issue was/is.

Jesus Christ, Tobe...

You don't know what happens in your own company? I ripped enough new assholes that day to make the 10:00 news. Must have missed yours- Sorry.

The issue was a large order (couple grand) of cabling supplies, extra ropes, and a bunch of miscellaneous that was ordered and promised to be here for a $5,500 job and wasn't, despite several calls expressing concern. Ultimately, it was "Yeah, we messed up, but oh-well.". Nobody I spoke to seemed to be willing to overnight the missing stuff at your expense (and allow me to return t missing extras, when they showed up), or anything else to make my deadline. Ultimately, I lost the job, and had to eat some expenses.

Every vendor makes mistakes now and then; and all but Sherrill have gone above and beyond to make it right to me.

So yeah, I have a serious bug up my ass with SAS, and 5 or 6 years hasn't changed my opinion.

Sounds like a legitimate gripe if customer service "promised your order by" a particular date (if it wasn't "rapid delivery"). That in itself has long been against company policy. Will be challenging to follow up on a case 6-years old but I will. Thanks for airing your issue, it helps to know x-customer's scars.

Hey Frans, with that new fly board you got there, you should need a big shot anymore....
