Well, I tried some raw, they are pretty hot.

I think a nice Thai curry would be just the place to use them properly though.

Its a very clean heat, intense but just pure chilli heat, doesnt sneak up on you just walks straight up and hits you in the face.

Yeah, that's what I was told tonight! Got mine, thank you very much! The neighbor lady tried a sliver of skin, I wouldn't even touch them! She was shocked at how fast and instant they hit you!
I don't even want to touch the package!
