Has anyone ever stretched the pocket holes on your stump grinder

How'd you sharpen them?

I bought a carbide end mill to rough in the edge and will use a surface grinder to keen the edge.

Bought a wet grinder... Table has a miter.. Have to use the face of the wheel though:|:
Set table at 45 degrees and miter at 90
Guide it across the face of the wheel. Wet and do it again. I don't get all the chipped places out, but I do eventually ;)

If they get too bad I send them out to have more material removed.. I'll get a pic posted for ya :)
Sorry about the derail guys.. Was just making an example of economics :|:

It's not perfect Carl, but it gets the job done and they cut like new again.

A mag drill with a broaching bit will drill them perfectly. I have hired one for £20 a day to do the job.
IF you decided to change the wheel, make it worth your while and go for the Sandvik cutting system. We reckon on getting at least 50% faster cutting, better tooth life, no breakages, and the teeth throw very little chip compared to conventional teeth.

Is it possilble to drill those holes new, equally on both sides of the wheel , so I would be making four new holes , I have a mag drill?
