With 6 skid steers, buckets, tractors and trailers, big chippers, do you guys have a full time mechanic?

Yes. We hired one early last summer. He's full time but not on our hours. He's on a fire dept. also. 24 on 48 off. He does a really great job but he needs help a lot. I'm usually spending a few hours a week wrenching with him.

I love that.

Ha I try to keep that in mind often, still its not foolproof.
