So I have 2 climbing saws 1 35cc that I run 3/8lp on and a 25cc that I’ve been running the Oregon .325 nano chain or the Husky equivalent. Only thing about the nano is I hate the huge safety rakers it has, I’m ocd with hitting my depth gauges and those safety rakers make a simple task a pain in the butt. Was thinking about trying panthers chain but I really don’t like using 1/8” files but I was just looking online and I saw this IMG_1925.png IMG_1924.png IMG_1926.png looks pretty nice and looks like I could use a 5/32 file on those teeth. Right now he’s only selling the full chisel with the purchase of one of those bars, hopefully he will start selling loops of the chain soon. Just want to make sure I like it before I splurge on the bar.

Looks like a decent setup, I’m not sure how well the chain will hold up but the bars should be good.
yea I have 2 TsuMura bars and they are nice, that Chan definitely looks sturdier than the semi chisel stuff, looks like it will take a lot more sharpenings as well. I know August loves the 1/4” stuff but the wood out west is a lot different than my wood in NC, I have a 1/4” sprocket and bar that came on my little 2511 clone so I just want to see how the chain is first, I know I would like that bar.
