Hey Lou just a small point, in your pictures your TIP is what looks like 4 feet out on a limb, not a good habit to get in. Always try to tie in right in the crotch whenever possible. The forces on the limb are amplified as you move out on it....

to orient it so the rope come out clean off the hitchclimber, and not off the side.
remember, her saddle does not have a rope bridge.

I've always just had mine coming off the right side since I tend my hitch with my right hand. But whatever works for you is cool.

I had a saddle that did not have a way to put a ring on the bridge and I HATED the drag it created wile going way out on a limb .
