Started going on Saturday mornings to a local F3 group. Light weight with many reps in a short time seems to be the thing they do. Add some running in there as well. My arms will probably hurt for another day or so. Legs aren’t to bad this week. I’m off for two weeks at the end of the year so I might try to do the Monday and Wednesday workouts with them at that time.
@cory carrying that kettlebell is tough. Much harder than rucking. Good for the core though.

Lately I've been carrying a 20 or 25 lb kettle bell while walking the pet in the woods, it's a good workout and seems harder than rucking the same weight.

In this vid, it is crazy how he becomes weightless for a moment while lifting 496lbs

Offset weights require much greater core stabilization to prevent spinal bending compared to a uniformly loaded backpack.

The gym I do BJJ at is holding an adult fit class and this is what we did a few weeks ago. Mostly body weight stuff with some kettlebells. Doesn’t look like much till one actually does this. 30-60 second rest between rounds. After three weeks of these types of workouts I can say that I feel more energetic, toning up my figure, and my recovery is getting much better. After this one I was sore for 4 days. The last one I was just a little sore the next morning and was feeling normal by afternoon. I’m looking forward to tomorrow mornings F3 workout on a snow covered football field

That's a lot of work! Just curious if you eat more protein these days with all the exercise on top of being and industrial athlete
