THe cribbing is to far apart that is a violation , the wood needs to be tight , the height is fine ,in fact there is no resrtiction on correct height. this pic is from the osha crane cribbings files
That accident happened because the general contractor made the ironworkers do that lift when it was to windy.. I spent five years as a ironworker and my wifes family are all ironworkers and knew some of the guys who died , that happened in Milwaukee...
Know of a situation where some folks cribbed their way through an old septic tank,stuff was already coming up when they placed the last set.
Those pics show things beyond my scope of ability and nerve,all rests with the operator at that point.
