Carbon fiber pole pruner sections

Cut to smaller poles, add new ferrels. No biggie

One thing that needs to be added to this thread is that CF poles will conduct electricity just like an aluminum pole. I was not sure so I looked it up on the web.

Have to switch to wood for the winter.
Ali is too cold. Cf would likely be aswell?

Yep, they conduct alright. Don't beach fish here with a CF rod unless you're sure there's no storm around.

Ive been using bamboo theres a patch of it close by with poles of plenty. I cut them fill an end with epoxy yhen drill for pruner head bolt. Has lasted me a while tossed it out of tree carefully teying to lay it down head first

I would just use wood. You'll cry when you break one. CF isn't particularly impact resistant.
