Bulldog Bone or OAR for DdRT climbing?

I am trying to find a suitable devise to take the place of the Zigzag which I opted out of. Seems the OAR is ment for DRT but Bone can be used as well. But states OAR is self feeding? Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am also interested in workable weight capacity. I am 245+ gear. Thanks
