I also just run one chain to the end. I do have the capacity to grind my bars parallel, and do that as needed. I think my issue is that the Stihl chain is too hard for the Husky bars. Maybe if I was running that soft Husky/Oregon chain it would be a better match, but I don't like filing my chIn every third stick of firewood

Really needed to deal with this today. Went to the Husky shop. They didn't have a Husky bar but had a Rotary. I think it was $82 otd. I'm sure the Husky and Rotary were made on the same machine by the markings. Back in business.
