Yep. At the fruit & veg market a while ago the girls were all oogling this young good looking blond guy with BIG arms, they didn't seem to know why I was grinning.

I'd watched a doco not long before about it. This guy was in it.

My buddy has a small part in the end of that tv special. He is part of a group on long island that is all natural, they used him as an example.

The big juice head on my tree crew finally flipped. He is acting all irrational. He filled out an injury report for yesterday and his injury is 'overworked'

Well, he IS a pro bodybuilder. Pumping iron pays the bills.

The muscles are cool, but his skin looks like shit.

That's because he's in contest shape = ripped to shreds. The judges wanna see muscle.

Any other time he'll be much smoother.

Na, the rippedness is cool enough, but his legs look black and his skin, from the neck down, looks unhealthy.

Again, I'll reinterate...

He's dieted himself down to contest condition, to win the contest.

80% of the time, he doesn't look like that.
