A lot cheaper and most people couldn't tell the difference, but not a lot eat it. Mainly because of bad press about it, probably sponsored by the beef industry.:dontknow:
Low in saturated fat and high in protein plus other things, it's good stuff...
I had lamb shanks last night but it's too hot to cook tonight and I had a salad for lunch so I just made a kangaroo burger with onion, cheese, egg and lettuce. Plus an extra beer.8)
Well I took your word on it and got some more, it's easier to get home from on a hot day.
It's from a wholesale meat market but they sell everything, lots of pork [not Danish] The meat section has all women staff and the men in the freezer section all look like this, so it's a good place for me...
Atlantic salmon with mashed potatoes, pumpkin and broccoli.
I ran out of my usual Tasmanian Petuna brand so I had to resort to something from Denmark. Tasted alright, just hope it wasn't radioactive or something.

Sounds like a good night Jay.
Yep, there's been a few deaths this year. I remember when a couple died from them when I was only four or five and my father told me how to tell the difference, I've always been carefull since then.
Related to your ones, introduced as usual...
I'd like to try them. Got to be careful picking mushrooms here unless you know, quite a few have died from eating some that look like ones from their home country.
All that talk about invasive species got me thinking I should help so I went back to the shop that had the crocodile sausages.
He...
So that's what causes that, I thought it was just my taste buds going nuts sometimes.
Crocodile sausages with tomato, garlic and red onion salad tonight.
That pizza looks good Paul, I could exist on pizza. You can make money from a blog? Maybe I should start one about Curry, then again there is probably an Indian out there somewhere that would beat me to it.
Chicken Korma tonight.:|:
I'm lucky there's plenty of fresh produce around here, one...
That Lamb Biryani sound good.
Pork chops in chilli and plum sauce with cauliflower, broccoli, onion, capsicum and Basmati rice tonight.
Now some macadamia nuts and some strange chickpea chips someone gave me.
Nice looking table.
Looks like my sister set the cutlery.:)
Left over turkey breast with the usual. Carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato, garlic, red onion & pototo and broccoli for me tonight.
Are you from Cornwall? Interesting recipe and story here.http://www.cornishlight.co.uk/fish-recipe.htm
About the only thing I've had that is Cornish is a pasty, and they have a bit of a story to them.
Roast lamb for me with garlic, pumpkin, potato, red onion, carrot and broccoli.:)
Tonight I had a kangaroo steak with red onions, some garlic prawns and two slices of leftover pizza.
Earlier I had a snack, had to pay for the frozen yogurt and tea. :(
Must have been hungry, it's a bit blurry. I'm not hungry now. 8)
They'd be vegans, they're a strange bunch.
Vegetable soup again tonight with brown lentils. Winter is neary over so I'm cleaning out the cupboard, made a batch of the same today with kidney beans.
Stig would be proud of me except I used homemade beef stock.:/:
That sounds good.

Just plain old roast chicken here with potatoes, sweet potato, pumpkin, carrot, onion, garlic and brussell sprouts. I can say I'm full.:)
Home made vegetable soup, out of the freezer. I'm too tired to cook.
I think that's my lentil quota for a week or two. Got a bit of leftover pizza for later.:)
