Yeah, I guess anytime a bird shows up, the falcon strike team rolls out!

I wonder if they are trained to kill or just scare off? I suppose if a bird was dumb enough to loiter the falcon would take care of it.

I had a buddy that trained Falcons and was hired into local airports. His Falcons would fly out and come right back and land on your hand/glove by whistle. They were fed afterwards but weren't lured in like that. It was the coolest thing, he lived rurally and his main bird was incredibly trained. He could call it in and it would come shooting out of some trees nearby and land right on the glove. A really cool experience.
