Speaking two different languages, yet getting along fine.
Wonderful video.

A good friend brought his dog today.
It was afraid of horses but an hour in the stable with a bunch of dog biscuits and Lora, our super gentle mare, took care of that.
Same thing. Lora doesn't speak dog too well, but still gets the general friendship meaning across.

Probably fake, but I still enjoyed it
She sure masters the sweep.

Yes and no.
Done right, it involves an unbalancing move or feint. With a leg sweep, the best way is to faint or make a high attack, bringing the opponent to raise his center of gravity.
If I got hold of you, I could topple you with a feather, your large mass is actually a handicap when it comes to that.
If you want to take somebody down, with a sweep or a wristlock, like a Kote Gaeshi, you start out by faking a move in the opposite direction.
Done right, it will make the opponent try to move back from it, in effect putting his center of gravity in the direction , you want him to go.
Gary can probably say that in a more understandable way than I can, being a native English speaker.

It's feint, as in fake, rather than faint, as in pass out.

Speaking of fighting, there is a rather epic UFC card coming this Saturday, with Conor Macgregor v Jose Aldo as the main event, should be extremely entertaining

Smart Dog!

So it is, that one was more of a typo ( I am the undisputed master of typos) than a spelling error. As you'll notice, i had it right first time around.

Still, any help is appreciated. My command of written English ( American, actually) has improved no end, since I joined here.

You're welcome, too.

And, yes, I do;)

But honestly, when I did the arborist/ETW examination at one point I had to tell the examiners, that I had absolutely no idea what the answer was in Danish.
So they accepted an English answer and I probably even got a bit of extra points for being such an internationally oriented guy:lol:
