Lynette is an idiot, but I dunno about that baiting stuff. It seems like it might be turning someone into a criminal that wouldn't be one otherwise. Get some junkie that panics or something and the cops might end up thinking that they have to shoot him, where otherwise that person might have spent the day sitting on a park bench. It's obviously a set up all the way, I don't know how they think it is going to stop car thefts?
